All our fees are on an Agreed Fee Arrangement Basis. This means that the costs of the work to be undertaking by us will be agreed from the beginning to the time your work is concluded. The agreed fee is our professional fee and profit costs which is due on commencement of your matter and whether the work is completed. It does not include any other stage in this matter. Where your matter moves to another stage, we will have to discuss our further fees.

Under the agreed fees, please ensure that you pay directly to the firm and not to a third party. Should you wish to pay other parties or receive money from other parties in relation to the work we have agreed to do for you e.g. experts, tribunal, Home Office, Court, family, school, hospital etc. You must pay directly to the party or receive directly from the party. We would not pay or receive on your behalf.

Immigration Advice & Consultation Service for Just £50

Our agreed fees include:

• Conside​ring documents
• Attendances on the client
• Taking instructions and providing advice
• Preparing and submitting the application

The work will involve:

• Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you.
• Preparing a list of documents required for the application.
• Giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria and any options if you do not fulfil certain criteria.
• Considering the supporting evidence that you have provided.
• Where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses.
• Preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf.
• Attendance at a Home Office interview: if the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice to prepare you for your attendance at the interview.
• Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

Time frame for Immigration applications:
The length of time that it will take to complete the work will depend on the circumstances in your case. Such as:

• The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider whether anything is missing and how long it will take to obtain the missing documents
• Which language(s) you speak
• Whether you are applying with other dependents

We can assess the supporting documents of an immigration case and advise you on the weaknesses and strengths of your immigration case. The immigration cases succeed and fail on the basis of documents most of the time and therefore it is very important to know whether or not the documents you are submitting in support of your immigration application or immigration appeal are good enough for the application or the appeal to succeed.

We provide immigration application / case documents checking service 24/7 including service during office hours and outside office hours.

Outside our office hours, we provide immigration application / case documents checking service through skype/email/phone. We will charge a fee of £240.00 for one-off assessment of the case documents.

Immigration Appeals. Our Agreed Fees will cover all work until a determination is received from the First tier tribunal.

• If we are instructed by you to represent you regarding your immigration appeal the work that will be carried out will include:
• We will discuss the reasons for refusal with you and advise you on potential grounds for appeal against refusal.
• We will advise you on the chances of success in your immigration appeal against the refusal
• We will advise you on the timeframe, the costs involved and the court procedures.
• We will draft the grounds of appeal
• We will advise you on documentary evidence to be used for the appeal
• We will complete the relevant appeal forms and submit the appeal form, the grounds of appeal and the supporting documents to the First Tier Tribunal.
• We will liaise with the court (the first-tier tribunal) after the filing of the appeal.
• We will assess the Home Office Bundle (also known as Respondent’s bundle).
• We will represent you at the tribunal
• We will prepare detailed witness statements for you and for all the relevant witnesses
• We will prepare the indexed and paginated appeal bundles of all the supporting documents and file the same with the court and the Home Office Presenting Officers Unit (HOPOU).
• Where necessary, we will arrange a pre-hearing conference with you to discuss the appeal procedures.
